BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS. This Exhibit is attached to and made a part of the Lease by and between CA-EMERYVILLE PROPERTIES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Landlord”) and NEUROMOLECULAR PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”) for space in the Building located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Emeryville, California, commonly known as Emeryville Tower I. The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Lease.
