Common use of BUILDING RULES, THE DISTRICT JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTY DECLARATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION Clause in Contracts

BUILDING RULES, THE DISTRICT JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTY DECLARATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 7.1. In order to maintain a cohesive look and feel to the Building and in order to create greater transparency and operational efficiency, the Building will be regulated pursuant to the Jointly Owned Property Declaration and the Building Rules except to the extent regulated under this Building Management Statement. 7.2. No resolution to amend the Jointly Owned Property Declaration or the Building Rules shall be passed that is inconsistent with the Use Rights and Obligations or this Building Management Statement. 7.3. No resolution to change the Jointly Owned Property Declaration or the Building Rules or resolution in general terms shall be made that is materially detrimental to another Use and the Owners comprising each Use must work together in good faith to balance their respective interests.
