Common use of Building Security Clause in Contracts

Building Security. 1. At the beginning of the school year, the Principal shall review the Rockford Public Schools Student Code of Conduct with staff members. A written copy of the Student Code of Conduct shall be given to each staff member. 2. A staff member has the right to call the police should a student commit an assault and/or battery on the staff member. The staff member shall notify the Principal (or designee) if such call is made.
