Facility Security. Contractor shall keep all doors locked while working in any buildings on the site. Keys shall not be left in the doors. Contractor shall not admit any person into the building that is not a direct employee of the Contractor and not actively engaged in performance of the Work. Contractor shall restrict access to the areas of the facility not specifically included in this Contract for construction services. The Contractor shall check all windows and doors for proper closure and locking, extinguish all lights except master security lighting, and then reactivate the security system (if applicable) prior to leaving the facility.

Contractor shall restrict access to the areas of the facility not specifically included in this Contract for construction services. The Contractor acknowledges that the primary purpose of the facility is the safe and secure operation of the facility. Contractor and workers shall immediately comply with all directions or orders issued by Sheriff’s Department personnel. Changes regarding the quality and quantity of the work will be controlled by the Project Manager. Contractor and workers may be delayed or denied access to the facility, may be ordered to leave a facility prior to the completion of their work or the end of the workday, or may be detained within a facility until an incident is resolved. Contractor may be subject to an inventory requirement where the Contractor shall supply an inventory list of all tools. The Facility will use this list for verification of tools entering and exiting security. Any and all time required to comply with the tool inventory and control program will not be considered a compensable delay and no requests for equitable adjustment in time or additional compensation for this time will be considered.
Facility Security. Contractor shall keep all doors locked while working in the building and doors shall not be propped open. Keys shall not be left in the doors. Contractor shall not admit a person into the building that is not a direct employee of the Contractor and not actively engaged in performance of the work. Contractor shall restrict access to the designated buildings and designated parking area. At no time shall the Contractor or its employees enter other areas of the facility not specifically included in this contract for janitorial services. The Contractor shall check all windows and doors for proper closure and locking, extinguish all lights except master security lighting and then reactivate the security system (if applicable) prior to leaving the facility.
Facility Security. The Company shall provide security personnel for the protection and security of the Facility. From time to time, the Company may request additional security forces from the GOB to meet unusual security requirements. All such additional security forces shall remain under the exclusive control and direction of the GOB. All actual expenses incurred by the GOB in providing such security forces requested by the Company shall, within 5 (five) Business Days of delivery of demand by the GOB to the Company, be reimbursed to the GOB by the Company as and when incurred by the GOB. No such request by the Company shall preclude a claim under any provisions of Section 11 by the Company, nor shall the GOB’s provision of such security forces be deemed of itself an admission or agreement by the GOB that any of the events described in Section 11 has occurred.
Facility Security. The Warehouse Operator agrees to (each of the following):
A. conduct a facility risk assessment and establish written security procedures that address grain handled and stored under this Agreement with regard to (each of the following):
(1) general security of the USWA-licensed physical structures and property on which the licensed warehouse is located;
(2) shipping and receiving procedures to ensure that grain is not subject to tampering;
(3) action to be taken in the event of a national emergency; and
(4) contact information for local emergency responders and law enforcement authorities.
B. have a written facility security plan that includes measures which address the vulnerabilities identified during the risk assessment and that protects the safety and purity of the grain handled and stored under the license.
Facility Security. The Company shall provide adequate security personnel, adequately trained and experienced, for the protection and security of the Facility on a twenty-four (24) hour per Day, seven (7) Day per week basis. From time to time, the Company may request additional security forces from the GOB to meet unusual security requirements. All such additional security forces shall remain under the exclusive control and direction of the GOB. Actual expenses incurred by the GOB in providing such security forces requested by the Company shall, within five (5) Business Days of delivery of demand by the GOB to the Company, be reimbursed to the GOB by the Company as and when incurred by the GOB.
SECTION 5 A: ELECTRICAL INTERCONNECTION FACILITY (EIF)
5.1 Electrical Interconnection
Facility Security. Manager will adhere to the written Facility Security Plan and Facility staff will be trained in its requirements. Facility staff and all visitors will be required to adhere to the plan to ensure security of the Facility in normal as well as emergency situations.
Facility Security. With respect to a facility owned or leased by or on behalf of any of the AHS Operating Companies where it creates, receives, maintains, or transmits PHI on behalf of Athena, where applicable, it shall implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI and Athena's Confidential Information. Capitalized terms used in this Section, but not otherwise defined, shall have the same meaning as those terms in 45 CFR §§160 through 164. Such safeguards shall include, without limitation:
i. establishment and enforcement of appropriate clearance procedures and supervision to assure that its workforce follows the requirements of this Agreement consistent with the requirements of HIPAA; DB1/ 90445288.1 16
ii. immediate and effective termination of access to PHI and Athena's Systems by any of its staff upon that person's termination or reassignment;
iii. training of its staff to assure that they comply with its obligations consistent with the requirements of HIPAA;
iv. implementation of appropriate disposal and reuse procedures with respect to documents and equipment to protect PHI consistent with the requirements of HIPAA;
v. implementation of appropriate authentication and access controls to safeguard PHI consistent with the requirements of HIPAA;
vi. use of appropriate encryption when it transmits PHI electronically;
vii. storage of PHI only for such periods as are necessary to perform work under this Agreement and to conduct reasonable troubleshooting and quality-control checking in connection with performance of such work;
viii. maintenance of a formal program to comply with privacy and security requirements, including written policies;
ix. maintenance of a full-time privacy officer at each of the AHS Operating Companies' facilities;
x. prevention of the performance of any of the Services other than on the AHS Operating Companies' premises;
xi. ensuring that the AHS Operating Companies' facilities are guarded on a 24-hour-per-day basis and access to them is controlled by key cards and posted guards or similar protection;
xii. restriction of entry into work processing areas by proximity cards or similar protection;
xiii. restriction of employee access to the Internet, e-mail, and removable media (including, without limitation, smart cards, USB devices, floppy disks, CDs, DVDs, removable hard drives, and tapes) to deter removal of PHI from the AHS Operating Compa...
Facility Security. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that facilities are secured at all times. Refer to the Statement of Work Exhibits, Exhibit 2 - Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
Facility Security. (a) Each Party will assume responsibility for providing, or ensuring that its permittees provide, any necessary security services for the properties and facilities in conjunction with and appropriate to the use of the facility it owns.
(b) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PPS properties and facilities are deemed parks for for the purpose of enforcing Portland City Code 20.12.140(B), PP&R’s rule regarding off-leash dogs. PP&R Rangers may enforce this rule on PPS property as capacity allows.
