Common use of Building Service Charge Default Clause in Contracts

Building Service Charge Default. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that if the Purchaser fails to pay the Building Service Charges, the provisions of the Applicable Law shall be imposed by the Relevant Authority and /or the Building Manager which may include withdrawal of certain services to the Building and restrict access to the Building Common Areas (including the Unit Leisure Facilities) until the Building Service Charges (and any charges and compensation imposed by the Building Owners Association) are paid in full.
