Common use of Building Standards Clause in Contracts

Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Improvements in the Premises. The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 of this Lease.

The quality of the Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 of this Lease.

The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such 6350 Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 of this LeaseLease and Section 2.4 below.

The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s 's option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make reasonable changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 of this Lease.

Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Improvements in Tenant Improvements, which specifications shall be provided to Tenant following Tenant’s request for the Premisessame. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make reasonable changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding ; provided that Landlord shall not change Building standards as applicable to Tenant during the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 performance of this Leasethe Tenant Improvements.

Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain 6260 Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Improvements in the Premises. The quality of Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such 6260 Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time. Removal requirements regarding the Improvements are addressed in Article 8 of this LeaseLease and Section 2.4 below.
