The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, and any subcontractors conform to the professional and technical guidelines and standards applicable to all services and programs that the Contractor provides under this Contract. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract and/or those individuals assigned to provide any of the services pursuant to this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.

If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals.

Work Standards. The General Manager and the Deputy General Manager shall perform to the highest industry standards and efficiency, and shall observe mining and other relevant industry practice, and observe the laws of PRC. Where the General Manager or the Deputy General Manager are grossly negligent or engaged in malpractice, they may be dismissed and replaced by resolutions of the Board of Directors meetings.
Work Standards. Contractor will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the prevailing industry standards for the performance of comparable Services. Contractor agrees to comply with all IETF LLC policies, as provided by IETF LLC to Contractor from time to time.

If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on the programs and services being offered under this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.
