Common use of Building Standards Clause in Contracts

Building Standards. Landlord has established or may establish specifications for certain Building standard components to be used in the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises. The quality of Tenant Improvements shall be equal to or of greater quality than the quality of such Building standards, provided that Landlord may, at Landlord’s option, require the Tenant Improvements to comply with certain Building standards. Landlord may make changes to said specifications for Building standards from time to time upon no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to Tenant; provided, however, such changes shall not apply to any elements of the Tenant Improvements that were previously approved by Landlord.
