Building Telephone. Where individual classroom and office telephones are not yet available, a telephone (dedicated line) shall be maintained in each school building on the basis of need for the use of teachers and in locations convenient to teachers. A telephone so installed may be disconnected during the summer months in those schools not in session. Teachers shall reimburse the school for chargeable personal calls.
