Building Waiver. If a building proposal conflicts with the Collective Bargaining Agreement or a Board Policy or a District Regulation(s), a waiver must be requested. a. Collective bargaining waivers shall be directed to the Association President. b. Board Policy or District Regulation waivers shall be directed to the Superintendent. Their respective procedures must be followed.
