Common use of Bulk Sale Laws Clause in Contracts

Bulk Sale Laws. Buyer hereby waives compliance by Seller with any bulk sale or similar laws or statutes.

Bulk Sale Laws. Buyer Purchaser hereby waives compliance by the Seller Group with any the provisions of the “bulk sale sales,” “bulk transfer” or similar laws Laws of any state or statutesany jurisdiction outside the United States that may otherwise be applicable with respect to the sale of the Purchased Assets.
