Common use of Bulk Transfer Clause in Contracts

Bulk Transfer. No sale, contribution, transfer, assignment or conveyance of Receivables by Nationstar, as receivables seller, to the Depositor contemplated by this Agreement or by the Depositor to the Issuer pursuant to the Receivables Pooling Agreement will be subject to the bulk transfer or any similar statutory provisions in effect in any applicable jurisdiction.
