Bundled Equipment. (a) Under some of our Plans, you will be supplied with Equipment (e.g. a mobile handset or modem) without paying its full purchase price on delivery (‘Bundled Equipment’). (b) Bundled Equipment may be: (i) free – in which case we absorb its full cost; (ii) amortised – in which case you pay $0 up front and we recoup the cost from you as part of Charges over a minimum term; or (iii) subsidised – in which base we absorb part of the cost and pass the balance on to you, either by cash or amortised payment. (c) Clause 28(c) explains when ownership of Bundled Equipment passes to you.
