Common use of Burden and Benefit Clause in Contracts

Burden and Benefit. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the Company and its successors and assigns. The Company shall have the right to assign its rights hereunder to any successor in interest, whether by merger, consolidation, sale of assets, or otherwise as long as such assignment provides that all payments under this Agreement are still due.
