Common use of BURSARY Clause in Contracts

BURSARY. The Employer will reimburse fees, in proportion of time worked by the individual employee who is upgrading their qualifications, provided prior approval has been obtained from the Director of Education, or Designate. The class taken must complement the employee’s job classification. Occupational Therapists who are required annually to renew their SSOT license, carry liability insurance and/or submit CAOT (Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists) membership fees will have their costs reimbursed by the Employer upon receipt of proof of payment.
