Burst Bandwidth the amount of Customer’s Bandwidth usage in excess of the 95th Percentile Calculation for flat-rate IP Transit. Burstable Bandwidth must be included on a Service Order to be applicable. Pilot’s rate for Burst Bandwidth is 1.5X the Committed Bandwidth Rate on a Service Order, unless otherwise specified on the Service Order.
Burst Bandwidth. If Customer’s short-term needs of bandwidth are estimated to exceed the bandwidth of the previous month for 50% (hereinafter, “Burst Bandwidth”), Customer shall notify CDNetworks at least two (2) business days in advance so that CDNetworks could arrange the bandwidth redundancy for Customer. With regard to the Burst Bandwidth aforementioned, the Parties could further negotiate and confirm the billing mode in writing (e-mails accepted), or take the amounts of the bandwidth used subject to the day(s) of the bandwidth burst on a day-by-day basis and get charged pursuant to the price as stipulated in the applicable SOF. Except for the Burst Bandwidth aforementioned, for other circumstances the Burst Bandwidth shall be measured separately on the day(s) of bandwidth burst on a day-by-day basis and such amounts will get charged at a price of 1.2 times of the price as stipulated in the applicable SOF. Any service quality issue derived from the unannounced bandwidth burst shall be undertook by Customer and shall not be calculated into the service unavailable time.
