Burst Bandwidth. the amount of Customer’s Bandwidth usage in excess of the 95th Percentile Calculation for flat-rate IP Transit. Burstable Bandwidth must be included on a Service Order to be applicable. Pilot’s rate for Burst Bandwidth is 1.5X the Committed Bandwidth Rate on a Service Order, unless otherwise specified on the Service Order.
