Common use of Business and Entertainment Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business and Entertainment Expenses. Subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.

Business and Entertainment Expenses. Subject to the Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, the Company shall no less frequently than monthly reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.

Subject to Company’s 's standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and organizations, costs of entertainment and business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive's spouse accompanying Executive on business travel. Company shall also pay on behalf of Executive the expenses of one athletic club selected by Executive.

Company shall also pay on behalf of Executive the expenses of one athletic club selected by Executive.

Subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business developmentdevelopment and reasonable periodic lodging and driving services in Houston.

Subject to the Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for, or pay on behalf of the Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by the Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and costs of entertainment and business development.

Subject to the Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its senior executive employees generally, the Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business business-related purposes, including reasonable dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and organizations, costs of entertainment and business developmentdevelopment and business-related travel and to other locations on Company business. The Executive shall be entitled to use first-class travel accommodations for such business-related travel.

Subject to Company’s standard policies and procedures with respect to expense reimbursement as applied to its executive employees generally, Company shall reimburse Executive for, or pay on behalf of Executive, reasonable and appropriate expenses incurred by Executive for business related purposes, including dues and fees to industry and professional organizations and organizations, costs of entertainment and business development, and costs reasonably incurred as a result of Executive’s spouse accompanying Executive on business travel.

The Executive shall be reimbursed for the period expenses of one country club, which is intended to be used to further the business of the Company.
