Business Auto and Umbrella Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall maintain business auto liability and Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000.

Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any auto (including owned, hired and non-owned autos).

Such insurance shall cover any liability arising out of the ownership or use of any motor vehicle (including owned, hired, leased and non-owned automobiles) and shall include bodily injury and property damage. Coverage shall also include uninsured and underinsured motorist liability coverage.
