Common use of Business Auto Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Business Auto Liability Insurance. Automobile bodily injury and property damage liability insurance covering all motor vehicles, whether owned, non-owned, leased, or hired, with not less than the following limits: (a) Bodily injury: $1,000,000.00 per person; $1,000,000.00 per accident; and (b) Property damage: $1,000,000.00 per accident. The Automobile policy shall be endorsed with CA 20 48 02 99 or equivalent, naming SAMTD and its directors, officers, representatives, agents, and employees as additional insured.
