Obligation to Progress the Project. The Contractor shall employ and supply a sufficient force of workers, materials and equipment and shall prosecute the work with such diligence so as to maintain the rate of progress indicated on the progress schedule to prevent work stoppage and ensure completion of the project within the contract time. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedule shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and shall not be charged to the Authority unless provided for in other provisions of the contract.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

Such Notice will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with the Recipient's responsibilities concerning OEPA plan approval, when applicable. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Upon completion of the Project the Recipient shall make a full and complete accounting to the OPWC of the Eligible Project Cost.
