The A/E shall maintain business automobile (“BA”) coverage written on ISO form CA 00 01 04 13 or a substitute form, providing at least equivalent coverage with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. 7.2.4.1 The coverage shall extend to any auto: owned (if any), non-owned, leased, rented, hired, or borrowed. 7.2.4.2 The A/E shall include the State, Contracting Authority, and Owner as additional insureds under the BA policy.
