Business Center. The Contractor must provide the State and conference attendees with access to a computer, internet, a printer, copying equipment, and a fax machine, on the lodging premises.
Business Center. Resident must adhere to the rules and regulations posted in the business center and Owner's policies. Resident is limited to minutes when using the business center, and must accompany guests at all times when using the business center. The hours of the business center are 9am - 7pm. The business center hours may change with or without notice at any time. The business center is equipped with the following: . When using the business center, Resident understands and agrees to the following: • Persons using the business center are expected to be courteous to others and display conduct conducive to a business atmosphere. • Owner is not responsible for data, files, programs or any other information lost or damaged on computers in the business center or in the business center for any reason. • No software may be loaded on computers in the business center without Owner's prior written consent. • For reasons of safety and protection of equipment, no inappropriate, offensive, or pornographic images or files, in Owner's sole discretion, will be viewed or loaded onto the computers in the business center at any time. • Smoking, eating, alcoholic beverages, animals, and any disturbing behavior are prohibited in the business center. • Resident must immediately report to Owner any equipment that is not functioning properly or is damaged, as well any other person's use that appears to be in violation of Owner's policies.

Event Set Up The Contractor must make the conference space available to the conference organizers to set up for the conference, beginning at 5:00 PM Central Time on the day before the start of the conference. The conference organizers must have full access to the general session and breakout rooms, and access to audio visual equipment provided by the State or the Contractor. Meeting Room Requirements If requested by the State on Exhibit C, Supplement 1, the Contractor must provide meeting rooms that meet the following requirements. Meeting rooms must be located in a private or semi-private area as indicated in the contract. The State has the sole discretion to determine whether the privacy of a room is acceptable.

Business Center. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, the Company is hereby permitted to use the services offered to Service Provider’s including, without limitation, access to ”Business Center”, the ability to review Consumer Content pertaining to the Company, the ability to submit responses to Consumer Content, the ability to update and maintain profile information on the Company, the ability to utilize the dispute resolution process offered through the Website and facilitated by Better Me Baja and such other services that Better Me Baja may offer to Service Providers from time to time (collectively, the “Services”).
Business Center. SMG reserves the sole right to operate a business center for the purpose of providing business services to Licensee and Licensees’ exhibitors or invitees. Business services include, but are not limited to small package shipping, equipment rental, copying, faxing, cellular telephone rental, etc. Licensee shall not contract with an independent contractor to operate such a business center in the Facility.

Business Center. The contracted in-house vendor is the exclusive service provider of the Business Center. From simple documents to complex projects and on-going programs the Business Center will provide document management solutions to meet your needs. The Business Center document solutions capabilities include: copying and digital printing, document production, supplies, computer services, electronic file submission, signage, custom printing services, document distribution, notary public services, pack and ship options, including express and ground service, fax service with delivery on incoming messages and desktop/word processing. Satellite Services Two downlink dishes are located on the roof of the Xxxxx. Signals may be distributed to any location in the building. Both C and Ku bands are available. Transportation Public Transportation Public transportation in the Boston area is provided by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA or “The T”). A number of excellent public transportation options are available for service to and from the Xxxxx. Additional information about public transportation in Boston can be found on the MBTA’s website: xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx . Taxi Information There is a taxi stand located outside the Boylston Street entrance. This stand is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Parking Options There are several local parking garages / lots in the vicinity of the Xxxxx. The facility does not have on site parking available. Levy Restaurants has exclusive food and beverage distribution rights within the Xxxx X. Xxxxx Veterans Memorial Convention Center (XXXXX) and has the responsibility to the City of Boston to strictly regulate any food and beverage activity within the XXXXX. Due to strict regulations, any vendor sampling product within the above mentioned parameters must submit a sampling form to Levy Restaurants for approval. Sponsoring Organizations of expositions and trade shows, and/or their exhibitors, may distribute SAMPLE food and/or beverage products ONLY upon written authorization and adherence to ALL of the conditions outlined below.
