Common use of Business Contracts Clause in Contracts

Business Contracts. All Contracts (other than the Real Property Leases, the Personal Property Leases and the Accounts Receivable) to which Seller is a party and which are utilized in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation Contracts relating to customers, suppliers, sales representatives, distributors, purchase orders, marketing arrangements and manufacturing arrangements, including but not limited to the Contracts listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi) of the Disclosure Schedule (the "Business Contracts");

Business Contracts. All Contracts (other than the Real Property Leases, the Lease and Personal Property Leases and the Accounts ReceivableLeases) to which Seller is a party and which are utilized in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation Contracts relating to customers, suppliers, sales representatives, distributors, customers, purchase orders, licensees, licensors, marketing arrangements and manufacturing arrangements, and including but not limited to without limitation the Contracts listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi1.01(a)(v) of the Seller's Disclosure Schedule (the "Business Contracts");

All Contracts (other than the Real Property Leases, the Personal Property Leases and the Accounts Receivable) to which Seller is a party and party, which are utilized in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation Contracts relating to customers, suppliers, sales representatives, distributors, purchase orders, marketing arrangements and manufacturing arrangements, including but not limited to the Contracts arrangements and which are listed in Section SECTION 1.01(a)(vi) of the Disclosure Schedule OF THE DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE (the "Business Contracts");

All Contracts contracts and other agreements (other than the Real Property Leases, the Leases and Personal Property Leases and the Accounts Receivable) to which the Seller is a party and which are utilized in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation Contracts contracts and other agreements relating to customers, suppliers, sales representatives, distributors, consultants, customers, purchase orders, marketing and purchasing arrangements and manufacturing arrangements, including but not limited to the Contracts listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi) of the Disclosure Schedule (the "Business Contracts");

Business Contracts. All Contracts (other than the Real Property Leases, the Personal Property Leases and the Accounts Receivable) to which Seller is a party and which are utilized in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation all Contracts relating to customers, suppliers, sales representatives, distributors, consultants, purchase orders, marketing and purchasing arrangements and manufacturing arrangements, including but not limited to all Contracts entered into between the Contracts listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi) date of this Agreement and the Disclosure Schedule Closing Date (the "Business Contracts");

All Contracts (other than the Real Property Leases, Subleases and the Personal Property Leases and the Accounts ReceivableLeases) to which either Seller is a party and which are utilized primarily in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation Contracts relating to customerscustomer accounts, suppliers, sales representatives, distributorsTransferred Employees, purchase orders, marketing arrangements and manufacturing arrangementsincluding all Customer Contracts, including but not limited to all confidentiality agreements entered into with other bidders in connection with the sale of the Business, and all Contracts which are listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi2.11(a) of the Disclosure Schedule (the "Business Contracts");

Business Contracts. All Contracts (other than the Real Property Leases, Leases and the Personal Property Leases and the Accounts ReceivableLeases) to which any Seller (or a Subsidiary) is a party and which are utilized in the conduct of the Business, including without limitation Contracts relating to customers, suppliers, sales representatives, distributors, customers, purchase orders, licensees, licensors, consignment arrangements relating to any inventory excluded from Inventory pursuant to Section 1.01(a)(ii), marketing arrangements and manufacturing arrangements, including but not limited to the Contracts listed in Section 1.01(a)(vi) of the Disclosure Schedule arrangements (the "“Business Contracts"”);
