Common use of Business Day Certificate Clause in Contracts

Business Day Certificate. On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 2002) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Trustee and the Depositor a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 20022000) and thereafter, within 15 fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Depositor Collateral Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 20022003) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Trustee Trustee, the Depositor and the Depositor Certificate Insurer a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 2002years 1998 and 1999) and thereafter, within 15 fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Trustee Indenture Trustee, the Back-up Servicer and the Depositor Collateral Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 2002years 1998 and 1999) and thereafter, within 15 fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Depositor Collateral Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the Closing Date date of execution and delivery of this Indenture (with respect to the remainder of calendar year 20021997) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement Indenture remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer Company shall provide deliver to the Trustee and the Depositor a certificate of a Servicing Officer an Officers' Certificate specifying the days on which banking institutions or trust companies in the State of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, law or executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 20022001) and thereafter, within 15 fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Trustee Indenture Trustee, the Note Insurer and the Depositor Collateral Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.

On the Closing Date (with respect to the calendar year 2002years 2000 and 2001) and thereafter, within 15 fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee and the Depositor Collateral Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions in the State Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are authorized or obligated by law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.
