Common use of Business Day Certificate Clause in Contracts

Business Day Certificate. On the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture (with respect to the remainder of calendar year 1997) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Indenture remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Company shall deliver to the Trustee an Officers' Certificate specifying the days on which banking institutions or trust companies in Wilmington, Delaware or Chicago, Illinois are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture Closing Date (with respect to the remainder of calendar year 19971999) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each succeeding calendar year while this Indenture Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years)effect, the Company Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee an Officers' Officer's Certificate specifying the days on which banking institutions or trust companies in New York, New York, Wilmington, Delaware or ChicagoLos Angeles, Illinois California are authorized or obligated by law or law, executive order or governmental decree to be remain closed.

On the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture (with respect to the remainder of calendar year 19971998 and for calendar year 1999) and thereafter, within 15 days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Indenture remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Company Corporation shall deliver to the Debenture Trustee an Officers' Certificate specifying the days on which banking institutions or trust companies in Wilmington, Delaware Delaware, New York, New York or ChicagoMiami, Illinois Florida are then authorized or obligated by law or executive order to be remain closed.

Business Day Certificate. On the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture Closing Date (with respect to the remainder of calendar year 1997years ____ and ____) and thereafter, within 15 fifteen (15) days prior to the end of each calendar year while this Indenture Agreement remains in effect (with respect to the succeeding calendar years), the Company Servicer shall deliver provide to the Indenture Trustee an Officers' Certificate and the Collateral Agent a certificate of a Servicing Officer specifying the days on which banking institutions or trust companies in Wilmington, Delaware or Chicago, Illinois the ____________________ are authorized or obligated by law or law, executive order or governmental decree to be closed.
