Common use of Business Day Convention Clause in Contracts

Business Day Convention. Unless otherwise provided herein, any payment or prepayment of amounts due in accordance with the terms hereof which is due on a date which is not a Business Day shall be payable on the next succeeding Business Day.

Business Day Convention. Unless otherwise provided Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, if any payment to be made hereunder or prepayment of amounts due in accordance with the terms hereof which is under any other Loan Document shall be stated to be due on a date day which is not a Business Day Day, the due date thereof shall be payable on the next Business Day immediately succeeding Business Daysuch day.

Unless otherwise provided herein, Whenever any payment or prepayment of amounts due in accordance with the terms hereof which is hereunder shall become due on a date day which is not a Business Day Day, the due date thereof shall be payable on the next immediately succeeding Business Day, unless such payment becomes due hereunder on demand by Lessor, in which event such due date shall be the immediately following Business Day, and (without prejudice to Clause 6.3) the amount to be paid on such day shall not be changed thereby.

Business Day Convention. Unless If the due date for any payment or obligation is not a Business Day, then, unless otherwise provided herein, any such payment or prepayment the performance of amounts such obligation shall be due in accordance on the Business Day immediately succeeding such due date with the terms hereof which is same force and effect as if made or performed on such original due on a date which is not a Business Day shall be payable on and, in the next succeeding Business Daycase of payment, without adjustment in the amount due.
