Business Day Requirements. In the event that any notice or other action or omission is required to be taken by a Party under this Agreement on a day that is not a business day then such notice or other action or omission shall be deemed to required to be taken on the next occurring business day. “[B][b]usiness [D][d]ay” means a day other than Saturday or Sunday on which the banks in San Francisco, California and New York City, New York are open for business.
