Minimum Requirements. Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:

Minimum Requirements. If you do not receive access to any Verification Data as part of the Stripe Identity Services, your Privacy Policy must, at a minimum, satisfy the requirements of Section 5.2(a), (b) and (d) of these Stripe Identity Terms.
Minimum Requirements. City’s insurance requirements are minimum requirements, and Tenant is responsible to obtain adequate insurance coverage as Tenant may determine. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, Tenant assumes all risk under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, business interruption claims) whether or not insured.
Minimum Requirements. With respect to the Notes, the Issuers shall not have any obligations with respect to any underwriters or underwritten offering except a single underwritten offering of $270 million or more of Registrable Securities.

Without limiting Consultant’s indemnification of City, and prior to commencement of the Services, Consultant shall obtain, provide, and maintain at its own expense during the term of this Agreement, policies of insurance of the type and amounts described below and in a form that is satisfactory to City.
Minimum Requirements. The compliance plan must include, at a minimum, the following:
(i) An awareness program to inform contractor employees about the Government's policy prohibiting trafficking- related activities described in paragraph (b) of this clause, the activities prohibited, and the actions that will be taken against the employee for violations. (ii) A process for employees to report, without fear of retaliation, activity inconsistent with the policy prohibiting trafficking in persons, including a means to make available to all employees the hotline phone number of the Global Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-844-888-FREE and its email address at xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.
(iii) A recruitment and wage plan that only permits the use of recruitment companies with trained employees, prohibits charging recruitment fees to the employee, and ensures that wages meet applicable host-country legal requirements or explains any variance.
(iv) A housing plan, if the Contractor or subcontractor intends to provide or arrange housing, that ensures that the housing meets host-country housing and safety standards.
(v) Procedures to prevent agents and subcontractors at any tier and at any dollar value from engaging in trafficking in persons (including activities in paragraph (b) of this clause) and to monitor, detect, and terminate any agents, subcontracts, or subcontractor employees that have engaged in such activities.
Minimum Requirements. Without limiting Contractor’s indemnification of City, and prior to commencement of the Services, Contractor shall obtain, provide, and maintain at its own expense during the term of this Agreement, policies of insurance of the type and amounts described below and in a form that is satisfactory to City.
Minimum Requirements. In every case, requirements established by the Construction Documents shall be considered as the minimum which will be accepted.
Minimum Requirements. Under this initiative, funds must be used for eligible non-recurrent, short-term (NRST) benefits for needy families in which dependent children have, or reside with a family member who has, a diagnosis of a mental health condition, intellectual or developmental disability, and/or substance use disorder. Additionally, the Grantee must:
1. Address a specific crisis or episode of need that is not intended to meet recurrent or ongoing needs and will not extend beyond four consecutive months for an individual;
2. Responsibly provide and expend funds no later than September 30, 2022 on eligible, needed services to the target and eligible population;
3. Ensure funds are available to support needy families in which dependent children have, or reside with a family member who has, a mental health condition, IDD, and/or substance use disorder;
4. Follow reporting requirements for the eligible use of TANF funds including the use of the Income Eligibility Verification System;
5. Ensure fiscally responsible expenditures to include the prioritization and use of gift cards and vouchers over cash payments where reasonably appropriate and periodic review of family expenditures of cash payments for eligible activities and costs; and
6. Ensure compliance with applicable TANF guidelines, and HHSC Texas Administrative Code rules.
