During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred or paid by Executive in the performance of Executive's duties hereunder, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers and such other information as the Company may require and require, in accordance with the generally applicable policies and procedures of the CompanyCompany as in effect from time to time.

Business Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse Executive for all ordinary, necessary and reasonable travel and other business expenses incurred or paid by Executive in connection with the performance of Executive's ’s duties hereunder, in accordance with the Company policy. Such reimbursement shall be made upon presentation of itemized expense statements or vouchers and such other information supporting documentation as the Company may require and in accordance with the generally applicable policies and procedures of the Companyreasonably require.

During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for all reasonable authorized expenses incurred or paid by the Executive in the 3 performance of Executive's the Executive duties hereunder, including the use of a cellular telephone, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers and such other information as the Company may require and in accordance with the generally applicable policies and procedures of the Company.

Business Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall pay or will reimburse Executive in accordance with Company policy for all reasonable Executive's normal out-of-pocket expenses incurred or paid by Executive in the performance course of performing Executive's duties hereunder, upon presentation of expense statements or vouchers and such other information as . Executive shall provide the Company will all receipts and documentation supporting such expenses as may require and in accordance with the generally applicable policies and procedures of reasonably be requested by the Company.
