Common use of Business Expenses Clause in Contracts

Business Expenses. The Executive shall be reimbursed for all ordinary ----------------- and necessary business expenses incurred by him in connection with his employment upon timely submission by the Executive of receipts and other documentation as required by the Internal Revenue Code and in conformance with the Company's normal procedures.
