Business history. The Fund Manager shall, according to statute, have a minimum of three (3) years of business history to be allowed to operate on the fund platform (Fondtorget). The requirement means that the Fund Manager, in connection with the time of evaluation of the application to enter into a fund agreement, shall have been licensed to engage in fund activities and have managed one or more funds covered by the UCITS Directive during a consecutive period of at least three (3) years.
