Common use of Business Hours Clause in Contracts

Business Hours. The term “Business Hours” shall mean the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday (federal and state holidays excepted). Holidays are defined as the following: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and to the extent of utilities or services provided by union members engaged at the Building, such other holidays observed by such unions.
