Common use of Business Interruption Insurance Clause in Contracts

Business Interruption Insurance. Business Interruption Insurance with limits of not less than an amount equal to two (2) years rent hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may elect not to carry Business Interruption Insurance; provided, however, that in such event Tenant shall release Landlord from any and all liability arising during the Lease Term that would have been covered by such Business Interruption Insurance had Tenant elected to carry such coverage.
