Business Interruption. Lessee shall obtain and maintain loss of income and extra expense insurance in amounts as will reimburse Lessee for direct or indirect loss of earnings attributable to all perils commonly insured against by prudent lessees in the business of Lessee or attributable to prevention of access to the Premises as a result of such perils.
Business Interruption. Landlord shall not be responsible for, and Tenant releases and discharges Landlord from, and Tenant further waives any right of recovery from Landlord for, any loss for or from business interruption or loss of use of the Premises suffered by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises, EVEN IF SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED SOLELY OR IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF LANDLORD.
Business Interruption. No damages, compensation or claims shall be payable by Landlord for inconvenience, loss of business or annoyance arising from any repair or restoration of any portion of the Premises or the Building. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to effect any such repairs promptly.
Business Interruption. Tenant is solely responsible for all costs of business interruption, however incurred, and Tenant may purchase business interruption insurance as Tenant may determine.
Business Interruption. Other than rental abatement as and to the extent provided in Section 14.1, no damages, compensation or claim shall be payable by Landlord for inconvenience or loss of business arising from interruption of business, repair or restoration of the Building or the Premises.

Business Interruption. 7. Boiler & Machinery.
Business Interruption. At all times during the Term, Manager shall assist Tenant in procuring, at Tenant’s expense, and Tenant shall maintain Business Interruption Insurance for the Managed Facility in accordance with the Lease Insurance Requirements. If any event, including a Force Majeure Event, occurs that results in an interruption in the Operation of the Managed Facility (a “Business Interruption Event”), Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce Operating Expenses, Centralized Services Charges and Reimbursable Expenses to levels commensurate with the levels of reduced revenues and business activity. All Centralized Service Charges and Reimbursable Expenses actually incurred during the period of the Business Interruption Event shall continue to be payable in accordance with the provisions this Agreement, regardless of whether there are sufficient Business Interruption Insurance proceeds to cover such amounts.
Business Interruption. Business interruption insurance (extra expense/loss of income insurance) in an amount sufficient to cover any loss of income from the Timeshare Project in an amount of not less than actual loss sustained for a period of twelve (12) months.
Business Interruption. Tenant shall maintain in full force and effect at all times, and at its own expense, business interruption insurance in amounts adequate to cover all Fixed Rent and Additional Rent due under this Lease.
