Business Interruption Insurance. If Landlord shall so require, Tenant shall, during the Lease Term, keep in full force and effect, a policy or policies of business interruption insurance in an amount equal to twelve (12) monthly installments of Annual Basic Rent and Additional Rent payable to Landlord, together with the taxes on such rent, insuring Tenant against losses sustained by Tenant as a result of any cessation or interruption of Tenant's business in the Leased Premises for any reason.
