Business Locations; Taxpayer Identification Number. Set forth in Schedule 5.20 are the list of all of each Loan Party’s locations and all locations where any Collateral is kept and each Loan Party’s chief executive office, exact legal name, U.S. taxpayer identification number and organizational identification number as of the Second Restatement Effective Date. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.20, no Loan Party has during the five (5) years preceding the Sixth Restatement Effective Date (i) changed its legal name; (ii) changed its state of formation; or (iii) been party to a merger, consolidation or other change in structure (other than the De-SPAC Transactions).
