Business Manager Expense. The term "Business Manager Expense" shall mean an expense or cost incurred by the Business Manager and for which the Business Manager, and not PC, is financially liable other than expenses incurred by Business Manager that directly benefit PC which may be allocated to Office Expense consistent with the Budget.
