– BUSINESS MANAGERS. 21.1 The Business Manager or Agent of the Local Union shall be permitted to visit on the jobs after reporting to the senior Representative of the Employer on the job, but will not interfere with the progress of the work. 21.2 Whenever security regulations prevent access to any job or project, an Employer or his Representative, will give all possible assistance to the Local Union Business Manager or Agent in obtaining the necessary pass or permission to gain access to such job or project.
