Business Names; Locations. Each Borrower will notify and cause each of the Subsidiaries to notify the Administrative Agent not less than thirty (30) days prior to (a) any change in the name under which the Borrower or the applicable Subsidiary conducts its business, (b) any change of the location of the chief executive office of the applicable Borrower or Subsidiary, and (c) the opening of any new place of business or the closing of any existing place of business, and any change in the location of the places where the Collateral, or any part thereof, or the books and records, or any part thereof, are kept.
