Common use of Business Operation Clause in Contracts

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise and souvenirs, in the Departure Hall of the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 2, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two years, from 1 January 2001 to 31 December 2002.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise and souvenirs, in the Departure Hall of Transit Lounge, the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 2Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two three years, from 1 January 2001 August 2000 to 31 December 2002July 2003.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise souvenirs and souvenirs, in miscellaneous items to the Departure Hall of passengers and service users at the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 2Domestic Passengers Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two years, from 1 January 2001 February 1999 to 31 December 200217 March 2000.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise souvenirs and souvenirs, miscellaneous items to the passengers and the service users in the Departure Hall of the International Domestic Passenger Terminal 1 and 2Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two three years, from 1 January 2001 18 March 2000 to 31 December 200217 March 2003.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise medicines, medical supplies and souvenirsequipment, in at the Departure Hall of area on the 3rd Floor, connecting the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 2, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two years, from 1 January November 2001 to 31 December 200230 November 2004.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise sports clothes and souvenirsequipment, toys, games, and souvenirs for children, in the Departure Arrival Hall on the 1st Floor, southern side, of the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 21, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two three years, from 1 January 2001 April 2000 to 31 December 2002March 2003.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling Thailand's brand merchandise and souvenirs, having been certified by the Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, in the Departure Hall Transit Lounge of the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 21, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of two yearsone year, from 1 January 12 October 2001 to 31 December 11 October 2002.
