Common use of Business Operation Clause in Contracts

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs and miscellaneous items to the passengers and service users at the Domestic Passengers Terminal, the Bangkok International Airport, from 1 February 1999 to 17 March 2000.

AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling sports clothes and equipment, toys, games, and souvenirs and miscellaneous items to for children, in the passengers and service users at Arrival Hall on the Domestic Passengers Terminal1st Floor, southern side, of the International Passenger Terminal 1, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, for a period of three years, from 1 February 1999 April 2000 to 17 31 March 20002003.

Business Operation. AAT agrees to grant a give permission and the Business Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating to operate the business of selling souvenirs merchandize and miscellaneous items souvenir to the airport's passengers and or service users in the passengers building at Chiangmai International Airport under the Domestic Passengers Terminal, the Bangkok International Airportterms and conditions of this contract. for a period of three years, from 1 February 1999 June 1997 to 17 March 31 May 2000.

AAT agrees to grant a permission and the Operator agrees to receive the permission for operating business of selling souvenirs medicines, medical supplies and miscellaneous items to the passengers and service users equipment, at the Domestic Passengers Terminalarea on the 3rd Floor, connecting the International Passenger Terminal 1 and 2, the Bangkok International Airport, under the terms and conditions of this contract, from 1 February 1999 November 2001 to 17 March 200030 November 2004.
