Business Partner Transactions. Articles 3.1, 3.3 and 3.4 shall only apply to direct transactions between Provider and Company. In the event that Company acquires Provider Technology and/or Services from a Business Partner, Articles 3.1, 3.3 and 3.4 will not apply but the applicable fees, payment terms and taxes will be as agreed separately between Business Partner and Company.
