BUSINESS PREMISES. Until Closing, Seller agrees to maintain the Business premises, including heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical systems and built-in fixtures, together with all other equipment and assets included in this sale, in good working order and to deliver the premises in a clean and orderly condition.

BUSINESS PREMISES. 4.1 No person shall attempt to sell any goods or services to other persons within The Gates at Hilton, whether by way of door to door selling, setting up a store, spaza shop or sales table, nor may any person make any attempt to set up a business as a vendor within The Gates, for any purpose whatever, without the prior written consent of the HOA and the necessary licences prescribed by law. 4.2 A portion of the dwelling may be used as office space by the resident, provided that prior written approval is obtained from the HOA, which approval will be subject to compliance with the Local Authority’s regulations. 4.3 Any form of public auction or sale on any property is prohibited, unless specifically sanctioned by the HOA .
BUSINESS PREMISES. Franchisee will has to manage a shop of minimum 100 square feet area to perform business activities. The shop can be owned or rented or paternal.
BUSINESS PREMISES. (1) Engage in or conduct any building, demolition, remodeling or material modifications or alterations to any of its business premises unless required by applicable Law, in an emergency situation or reasonably necessary to ensure satisfaction of Section 4.1(u)(2) or (2) fail to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its business premises or other assets in substantially the same condition as of the date hereof.
BUSINESS PREMISES. The Borrower does not own, lease, sublease, occupy, use or operate any real property or improvements other than the Borrower Business Premises. All financial books and records of the Borrower are located at the Borrower Business Premises.

True copies of certificates of encumbrance (Sw. gravationsbevis) with respect to the Properties have been attached to Appendix 6.12.1. 6.12.2. All premises leased by the Company and the Subsidiaries and the relevant terms of the lease agreements are set out in Appendix 6.12.2. 6.12.3. All leases pursuant to which the Company and the Subsidiaries lease real property extending beyond the Closing Date, are valid and effective in accordance with their respective terms. 6.12.4. The Company and the Subsidiaries occupy and use the real properties owned and leased by them for the sole purpose of conducting the Business. The current use and occupancy thereof does not constitute a non-conforming use under any applicable zoning or other land use Laws.
BUSINESS PREMISES. Each General Partner has provided to each Limited Partner a list of all business premises from which such General Partner (or a franchisee or licensee thereof which is an Avis or Budget System Member) carries on the business of renting Vehicles and such General Partner has a valid leasehold or fee interest in all such premises operated by such General Partner (or license in the case of premises at certain airports) and neither such General Partner nor the lessor, sub-lessor or licensor of such premises, as the case may be, is in breach of any material provision of any agreement pursuant to which such General Partner occupies any such premises.

BUSINESS PREMISES. (a) The franchisee shall not conduct the franchised business other than from the premises approved by the franchisor as set out in the schedule. The premises shall be fitted out and furnished in accordance with the requirements of the franchisor as set out in the manual. (b) At any time if it becomes desirable to do so, the franchisee may relocate the business at the franchisee’s expense to other premises, provided the consent of the franchisor is first had and obtained. At any time if it becomes desirable to do so, the franchisor may require the franchisee to relocate the business to other premises, if the franchisor pays one-half of the cost of such relocation and re-establishment of the business.
BUSINESS PREMISES. (i) Except as set forth in Section 5.2(x) of the TriSummit Disclosure Schedule, engage in or conduct any demolition, remodeling or modifications or alterations to any of its business premises unless required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to ensure satisfaction of Section 5.2(x)(ii) or (ii) fail to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its business premises or other assets in substantially the same condition as the date hereof, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
BUSINESS PREMISES. 3.8.1 To the Sellers best knowledge, Annex 10 to this Agreement contains a complete list of the real property that is owned by the Companies (the "REAL PROPERTY"). 3.8.2 All material leases entitling the Companies to use, occupy or hold the premises upon which each of the Companies, as the case may be, conducts its business in effect on the date of this Agreement are set forth in Annex 11 to this Agreement (the "PREMISES" and jointly with the Real Property, referred to as the "BUSINESS PREMISES").
