Common use of Business Property Clause in Contracts

Business Property. The Contractor shall provide business property insurance adequate to repair, replace, or recreate any County-owned property in the possession of the Contractor, or data, books, computer programs, plans, specifications, documents, films, pamphlets, reports, sound reproductions, studies, surveys, tapes, and/or training materials produced by the Contractor or any subcontractors in the performance of the work under this contract.
