Common use of Business Property Clause in Contracts

Business Property. All tangible and intangible personal property used ----------------- in the operation of any business conducted on an Offered Parcel. "Business Property" includes, without limitation, (i) equipment, furnishings, and trade fixtures, (ii) resalable inventory, (iii) supplies, and (iv) transferable licenses and transferable permits, including without limitation any Alcoholic Beverage License.
