Business qualification and preferential treatment. The guarantor shall ensure that the Group Company continuously maintains the business qualification related to its business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Guarantor shall use his reasonable efforts to cause the Group Company to apply for any preferential treatment in taxation, customs, foreign exchange or otherwise under any preferential policy available to or may be received by law.
