Delivery of the investment consideration. After all the prerequisites specified in Article 4 of this Agreement are met or exempted in writing by the Investor, the Investor shall immediately start the formalities for the increase of the equity capital increase, and the Company shall provide necessary cooperation; the aforementioned procedures shall be completed within [60] days after the Closing Date.
