Common use of Business Relationships Clause in Contracts

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer Payor or any group of customers Payors whose purchases unpaid claims individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower it and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of BorrowerBorrowers, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower it or prevent Borrower it from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and;

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer significant client or any group of customers significant clients whose purchases unpaid claims individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and;

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower it and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of BorrowerBorrowers, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower it or prevent Borrower it from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and;

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer or any group of customers Factored Clients whose purchases receivables individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and;

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, ---------------------- cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between a Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of such Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect such Borrower or prevent such Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and;

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened ---------------------- termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely 16 affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between of Borrower and with any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the Borrower’s business of Borroweroperations, or with any material supplier, and there exists supplier (other than in the ordinary course of business where one supplier is replaced by another offering terms which are no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; andless favorable to Borrower).

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower Dealer and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of BorrowerDealer, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower Dealer or prevent Borrower Dealer from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and;

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between any Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, ; and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and.

Business Relationships. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any modification or change in, the business relationship between Borrower and any customer or any group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrower, or with any material supplier, and there exists no present condition or state of facts or circumstances of which Borrower knows or should know, which would materially and adversely affect Borrower or prevent Borrower from conducting such business after the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in substantially the same manner in which it has heretofore been conducted; and
