Common use of Business Relationships Clause in Contracts

Business Relationships. For the purpose of this Agreement, “Business Relationships” shall include any business from sources that are not affiliates of one Party who is solely made available by the other Party to the Agreement. The Parties will not disclose any names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers or e-mails of contact revealed by any Party to third parties, and that each recognize such contacts to be exclusive and valuable contact of the respective Party. Additionally, the Party in which the Business Relationships are disclosed to may not directly contact said Business Relationships without the written consent of the Party who disclosed the Business Relationships.
